Arrangements for out visit to OJC Kompas http://www.ojckompas.be are now finalised for Saturday 14th October for Lieven De Ridder's party to see Oppenhiemer Analysis and Twilight Ritual. While we will not be performing we hope to debut 3 songs including a special mix of "Are Kisses out of fashion? (2006)", "Wounds" and "Fragment" prepared especially for Lieven. "Fragment" is the first new new songs Sudeten Creche have written and recorded since 1990/1991. "Wounds" was originally written and recorded in 1985 and this new version is a simplification of the original song arrangement and is a new recording. The 2006 version of "Are kisses out of fashion?" has been recorded in preparation for our live gig next year. We needed to re-arrange the song and work out its performance issues so the easiest way was to re-record it. It is not likely that this version will be released. ·

It is likely that Paul will be in New York later this month. If all goes well during his time there it is hoped that he will be able to meet up with Veronica Vasicka of East Village Radio to give an interview. We have also mixed some special versions of our new songs for Veronica to play on her Minimal-Electronik Plus radio show on Sunday nights. 3 Files of song lyrics, music and cassette tapes have been found which includes material from 1981 onwords. There are approximately 50 song lyrics and a dozen or more songs on tapes. These recordings were works in progress though and not of sufficient quality for release. However there are a number of songs that we had completely forgotten about. Some of these are being considered for re-recording if the old tape stock is beyond recovery.

It is very likely that the issues with our old multi-track tape stock will be overcome within the next month and the process of evaluation, recovery and transfer can begin.

We have put some small MP3 clips onto our web site. However not all web browsers will activate them. So we have created a samples page especially for news letter subscribers where we will place samples of new songs so book mark http://sudetencreche.com/Tones.htm and check it once a month. Feel free to download the clips and use them as mobile phone ring tones if you wish.

A drum and bass band called Microphyst have sampled some of our clips and used them in a new compilation http://www.microphyst.co.nr/
